Talk through the day, snap the photos, sign it. SpecUp turns it into your daily report — with your walks, punch list, deliveries and safety inspections behind it. On your phone. Works with no signal.
Free while payments are switched off. You won't be charged without notice.
Sample job — demo data only, not from any real project.
Say it the way you would tell the PM. It lands on today's daily — no typing at the tailgate.
Every photo is dated and tied to the area and the work. Find it in a year in seconds.
Log it with a photo, track it, verify it. Nothing lives on a scrap of paper.
Check what came off the truck against the spec before it goes in the building.
Daily inspection, toolbox talk and incident log, filed by date.
Your daily as a clean PDF with your name and the time you signed it.
The daily should be done on the walk out — not at the kitchen table.
